The plant for Hydroprocessing Pilot Plant was supplied to Takreer Research Centre in Dec 2012. The Plant consists of Gas feed, two liquid feed systems – one for hydrocarbon feed and second for sulfiding, twin reactors and a common product separation with LP stripping and product collection module. Reactors can be operated either in upflow, downflow or one at a time.

Gas/liquid feed, reactor temperature and pressure are controlled using PC-PLC based control system.
