This plant was supplied/commissioned at HEMRL Nashik in September 2008. The unit is built for actually transferring of the Isocyanate from the barrel to the Main storage tank and thereafter to the Isocyanate Can kept on a weighing platform through the Measuring Vessel. All equipment and their accessories are designed, assembled and tested in accordance with the relevant standards published by the Indian Standards Institution. Due to presence of Isocyanate, all the equipment items are supplied with approved safety devices.
PC-PLC based control system is used in the unit. The PLC continuously records and monitors the weight of Isocyanate accumulated in the Isocyanate Can.
